Offer SAME DAY appointments
When I get pain in my low back, I book an appointment with my Chiropractor Dr. Miller, but I also take 1000mg of Ibuprofen and use an ice pack. The pain usually goes away after 20 minutes.
Now, I KNOW the benefits of regular chiropractic care, both acute treatment and preventative weekly adjustments.
But the average person who sees your New Patient special doesn’t fully understand, so if their pain lessens or goes away after they book their appointment, they’re less likely to show up.
So if you run a special for new patients, once they opt-in offer them a same-day appointment.
Get them in today, identify their goal, and talk with them about treatment that will help them reach their goals.
